The problem
Why most AI projects fail without an operating model
The pattern is consistent. A team adopts a chatbot, a writing assistant, a CRM AI feature and a couple of agents. None of them share context. Customer information lives in one tool, decisions in another, history nowhere. Within six months the business has paid for AI five times over and has very little to show for it.
The fix is not more software. It is an operating model that defines what AI is allowed to do, where it sits in each workflow, what it draws on, and who reviews what. That is what AIOS Design produces.

We document the workflows where AI will operate end to end: triggers, decisions, hand-offs, exceptions and outcomes. The result is a shared map your team, your AI agents and any future supplier can build against.
Agent roles and responsibilities
We define what each AI agent is for, where its remit ends, and which human role owns its output. Clear boundaries are what stops agents stepping on each other or quietly drifting from intent.
Knowledge base and data architecture
We design the knowledge layer that feeds your AI: which sources are canonical, how they are kept current, what is restricted, and how the system retrieves context without leaking the wrong information.
Integration planning
We map the systems your AIOS needs to read from and write to (CRM, calendars, email, marketing, finance, internal tools) and define the connectors, sequencing and data contracts before a single integration is built.
Governance, human approval and escalation paths
We define what AI can do unsupervised, what needs review, and what must always escalate to a human. Auditability, rollback paths and named owners are designed in from day one rather than retrofitted later.
